The purpose of these projects is the design and development during a school year of two editions of a MOOC focused on analysing and discussing how to fight the digital divide; that is to say, how to favour the critical access and use of technologies for groups and people at risk of social and educational exclusion.

Professors from the universities of Oviedo and Cantabria with a well-known teaching and research career on the fields of technologies and social and educational exclusion-inclusion have designed and put into practice this course offered in Spanish and geared towards professionals from the educational and social work fields.

The University of Oviedo has funded both projects within the framework of its Teaching Innovation competition.
